Refund Policy

On this page you will find information about and the terms for refunds and returns.

We want to ensure our users and visitors receive the highest quality products and will take every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Below details how we handle returns and refunds.


1) Online & Downloadable Content

We strictly do not offer a return/refund service due to the nature of these products and services and you must agree to this policy in order to purchase a product.

2) Clothing Products and Physical Products

Below details how we handle refunds and returns for clothing and physical products.


2.1 Wrong Size: We will happily offer an exchange of the same product(s) in a different size, if you have ordered the wrong size.


2.2 Buyers Remorse: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases of buyers remorse and no longer wanting a product. However, each product will have a size guide attached, information of material, type, and various photos, so please make sure you want a product before ordering.


2.3 Quality Issue, Wrong, Damaged, or Mislabelled Product: In the case of a quality issue with the product(s), the wrong item(s) received, damaged item(s) or are mislabelled, we may offer a refund. You must notify us via email on our contact us page within 7 day's of your item(s) arriving, with a photo of the package, a photo of the packing slip, your name, address, products ordered and email address.


2.4 Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) in the case of wrong size, if the product is damaged or has an issue as a result of us, we will cover the shipping costs and handle the return process ourselves.


2.5 Damage: The item(s) must be free of any damage caused by you and must not be worn, the product must be clean and repackaged in the same packaging the item(s) came in.


2.6 Notification: You must notify us via email (realmuscle@realmuscle.co.uk) on our contact us page within 7 day's of your item(s) arriving, with a photo of the package, a photo of the packing slip, your name, address, products ordered and email address.


3) Refund Instructions

You must notify us via email on our contact us page within 7 day's of your item(s) arriving, with a photo of the package, a photo of the packing slip, your name, address, products ordered, and email address.


We will usually get back to you within ~48 hours (avg. response time).


The 7 day time limit for opening a refund or return ticket is paused at the time you send your email, if you send a email within the 7 day but you don't receive a reply from us until day 8, you are still eligible for a refund or return, based on these terms.
