If you have ever tasted a chocolate pudding before, you know they taste good. Well, this recipe is that and more, we use casein as the main ingredient.
Casein is known for having a thick texture due to it's slow-digesting protein, making this recipe the perfect pudding to curb those midnight cravings and perfect pudding to have before you sleep, to help your muscles repair and recover while you sleep.
All-natural peanut butter and coconut oil adds richness to this recipe, while a decent amount of cocoa powder adds to the chocolate taste!
Casein Chocolate Pudding
Total Time: 65 Minutes
Serves: One-Two People
5 tbsp coconut oil
¼ Cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 Scoop Chocolate Casein Protein
2 tsp Syrup
Step 1: Add coconut oil and peanut butter to a bowl. Microwave 20-seconds at a time, stirring occasionally, until smooth and easy to mix.
Step 2: Add the cocoa powder, the chocolate casein powder and the syrup and stir to combine. Divide mixture into two bowls, or one bowl depending on how many you are serving, and chill in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes (if in two bowls, chill for longer if just one bowl) before serving.
