Chin To Chest Exercise Instructions:

Exercise Type: Stretch
Follow the instructions below for a possibly effective way to relieve stiffness and tension within your neck and overtime may even revert bad posture, this may also strengthen the muscles at the back of the neck.
Firstly, get into a seated position.
Then place both hands at the back of your head, interlock your fingers with your thumbs pointing down.
Slowly pull your head down to your chest, hold this for 20-30 seconds ands then slowly bring your head back up to its starting position.
