Bananas, peaches and honey bring a non-sugar added burst of natural sweetness, and a scoop of Creatine Monohydrate and Glutamine promote better recovery.

Recovery Superfood Green Smoothie
Total Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: One Person
1 Cup kale
½ Cup banana
¼ Cup w/o skin and seed avocado
½ Cup frozen peaches
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Scoop Creatine
1 Scoop Glutamine
1 Pinch table salt
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Step 1: Put all ingredients into a blender, if big enough, if not, split ingredients into half and blend in two steps. Blend until smooth and lump-free. Add more or less honey depending on your sweetness preference. Add some ice for added coldness and to make it less thick.
Step 2: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
