Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check for a 'missed delivery' slip.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! Returns & Refunds


Online & Downloadable Content: We strictly do not offer a return/refund service due to the nature of these products and services and you must agree to this policy in order to purchase a product. Clothing Products: Wrong Size: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases of the wrong size being ordered. However, each product will have a size guide attached, so please use the guide in order to find your right size. Buyers Remorse: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases of buyers remorse and no longer wanting a product. However, each product will have a size guide attached, lots of information of material, type and many photos so please make sure you like a product before ordering. Quality Issue / Wrong Item / Damaged Item / Mislabelled: In case of a quality issue, wrong item received, a damaged item or a mislabelled item, we may offer a refund. You must contact us within 2 weeks of ordering, read the refund instructions below. Refund Instructions: Firstly contact us within 2 weeks of ordering, take photos of the packing slip and the products received, and those that are faulty.

Credit/Debit Payment: If you've received an error during checkout using a credit card, please ensure your billing address is exactly correct. If this does not work, you may need to contact your bank to verify that the billing address that you're using matches what they have on file. For any other errors, please contact us and we will do everything we can to ensure your order goes through, however we cannot take orders via email or any other means than is provided on this website.
