BCAA Watermelon Sorbet: A Recovery Desert (Recipe + Method)

It's not an easy feat to improve upon a favourite desert like a watermelon sorbet, but this recipe improves on it with the inclusion of lime, honey and BCAAS.
Frozen watermelon acts as the base ingredient and BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) adds the recovery boost to this amazing desert.
Fresh lime juice and honey add to the taste of this amazing watermelon sorbet, and if you're thinking you need to order an ice cream maker, you don't need to, this quick and easy desert can be made using a food processor or even a high-powered blender.

Ingredients
3½ cup frozen watermelon chunks
2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 g BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids)
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup warm water
How to Make
Step 1: Place watermelon, lime juice, BCAAs and honey in food processor or blender and pulse to chop up watermelon into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Add warm water and continue pulsing to break down the frozen watermelon. Keep blending until smooth and serve in a bowl or cup.
